www.jobs4teens.us was designed and created by me Amy Jobgen, a mother of 3 trying to help my 15-year-old son find employment in Benson, MN. When I was successful in doing so, his friends wanted help and became a Minnesota site. He is now a senior in high school and is working as a welder in a local factory earning credits for school at almost $12 per hour. I created this site with just the state of Minnesota in mind. I went live with the site in 2006 with the help of another parent, and had over 3,000 students from all over the United States a week looking for employment. We then added the other 49 states and over 3,000 counties to create a Nation Wide site. I now have over 4,000 students a week coming to my site looking for employment.

I designed this site to encourage businesses and individuals to post listings for students on this site. That is why, there is no charge for posting help want ads on this site or if you have information on helping students with career choices, we will add that information also at no charge. I designed this site like a newspaper, radio station or TV station, supported by advertisers. The ".us" domain and the red, white and blue are my way of thanking and supporting my daughter who is serving in the Army and all other service members serving our country. The 5 stars in the logo are for my 3 children and 2 grandchildren, as the family grows so will the stars.

There are so many students willing to work and do not have a place to go to help them, www.jobs4teens.us is the place to go and we are here to help with career guidance and opportunities.
